The Awareness K-9 Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides quality medical Service Alert Dogs to youths and adults who are Insulin-dependent Type-1 Brittle Diabetic and/or Epileptic through a program of training, placement and follow-up services.
 

Our Mission is to provide a safer, more secure, stable and rewarding life to those afflicted with these life threatening medical conditions.

Our Service Alert Dogs detect & alert their diabetic partner and their support team to blood sugar changes and also to pre-seizure indicators allowing for preventative measures to be taken immediatly.
